Hi, I’m Angela and two years ago I started a toddler group called Wild Child, after leaving my previous job as an ecologist in order to look after my two children.
I was totally overwhelmed by the support and interest I received in the group and it has been an absolute pleasure to be able to develop a year-long programme of sessions that change with the seasons and encompass topics ranging from bees and trees, to cowboys and dinosaurs.
I keep a strong emphasis on encouraging an enjoyment in the outdoors whatever the weather (so very important with our British climate) and each session includes a range of activities including singing, role-play, art, dancing and crafts.
We meet on Monday mornings 10-11 at Sherfield Village Hall and the sessions are held on the adjacent green.
Wild Child starts back on Monday 26th September and I have a few spaces left for this term.
There is also the opportunity to come on a drop-in/ pay as you go basis.
