I’ve been struggling with my weight for a very long time and recently had a brainwave about it.
For my part time job we post on a daily basis to report on the daily activity that we have done.
This has REALLY helped as I feel accountable to the team and it reminds me to actually do something extra each day.
So, I thought maybe we could try it for NorthHantsMum Readers as I know there are a few Mum’s out there who are also struggling with their weight.
If you join the facebook group, you just need to post every day to say what you did differently that day.
Whether that is walking extra, doing some more exercise, eating less or choosing something better to eat each day.
It doesn’t matter if you miss a day or two posting.
